now, i'm assuming that you've been watching/reading/listening to the news, and are fully aware of the shooting that took place on new year's day involving Oscar Grant at the Fruitvale BART station. since then, shit has been going absolutely apeshit in the Bay Area.
people have been rioting, protesting, and doing everything humanly possible to dispel the unwarranted actions of the 2nd year BART officer, which were absolutely heinous and uncalled for. i'll allow you to watch the video, and make your own assessment on the issue.
