yummery.

found these over at Hypebeast.

Often taking classic shoe models and flipping them with their own added elements, Japanese footwear brand Terrem give that very treatment to the traditional deck shoe. Their Forests model combines the basic deck shoe outline with a hybrid loafer aesthetic and sneaker soles.

greedy bastards.

Greedy Genius scores big with their Ocean Runner in my opinion -- nubuck uppers with external lacing details along the heel and side panels reminds me of a boat shoe&nike vandal lovechild.

i likey.

vane x sebago.

i think i'm starting to average nearly a boat shoe post every other hour.

.

annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd here's another!

Vane from New york join in on the 40th anniversary festivities for boat-shoe brand Sebago with a four-shoe collection set to drop next week at: Alife, Brooklyn Circus, Training Camp, Format Queens, Concepts Boston, The Closet Los Angeles, Akira Chicago, Solemates Chicago, Nomad Toronto, Nubian Japan, and Complex Montreal.

the releases are for both men and women styles on the Docksides model. uses of new updated materials take it a step above and beyond on more of a contemporary style which include the Country Club, Olympian, Tux and Spearmint.

timbo's.

more solid boat shoes from Timberland -- they have been using this model a lot lately, and i'm all for it.

i can't get enough of this boat shoe action.

yep.

you already know.

those camo jawns from Deluxe are too nice -- seems like ALL the boat shoes i've been interested in are from Japanese brands or are only available in Japan.

why is that?

oy mate!

Sperry Top Sider is back at it with the historic deck shoe since 1935. Sperry has continued it's consistency in the footwear genre.

Sperry introduces a new collection of their Authentic Sea Mate model in several plaid colorways. While the shoes remain mostly tonal they are met with a hint of plaid in the upper paneling as well as contrast piping throughout.

yum.

mmmm. . .colors.

my ongoing obsession with boat shoes continues, thanks to Converse.

it seems that ever since Nike bought out Converse, they have been dropping a lot of nice pieces, at a seemingly more constant and consistent rate. with that being said, Converse has re-released the 1982 Marine-Sea Crisp boat shoe model.

it appears that the only place to get them yet is in Japan, go figure. hopefully these will hit stateside and bring my feet lots of joy.
